  • Bruschetta, Our Way: S.P.B.C. GarlicToast crisps topped with a zesty mixture of chopped Roma tomatoes, basil and garlic tossed in Balsamic Vinaigrette.
  • BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Cocktail Size: Slow roasted, spice rubbed pork simmered in spicy sweet BBQ sauce and presented on cocktail size fresh baked rolls.
